
I have been with Wolseley since 2006. Having started working in the Reward Team as a Reward Consultant, I have recently moved into the HR Operations Team as a HR Business Partner. My role involves providing complete HR support for the management teams within Central Functions and the National Distribution Centre.
Wolseley is a fast paced business environment which makes working as a HR Business Partner both challenging and rewarding. I have a really supportive manager and I am able to work part time which gives me a great work life balance.

I joined the Wolseley UK Graduate Programme in 2006 having previously worked abroad. During my time at Wolseley, I have had the opportunity to learn about the business and even picked up a fork lift truck licence. Having started in the branch network, I then moved onto a role in product marketing and am currently the Deputy Marketing Manager for Drain Center.
Working for Wolseley has given me great opportunities to gain experience within an interesting market sector and has allowed me to manage major projects that deliver real business value.
I joined Wolseley UK in February 1995 working as a call centre operative in Build Center's Centerline service, later progressing to the role of call centre manager. My current position, which I have held since September 2007, is to provide confidential secretarial support to both of my Directors.
