Leamington Spa support centre

Our busy, open-plan offices on the outskirts of Royal Leamington Spa are home to around 250 people.

It’s a well-equipped site, with plenty of meeting rooms, as well as kitchen facilities on each floor and a canteen serving hot meals, salads and sandwiches. There are also shops and banking facilities a short walk away and you can get to Leamington town centre and back in your lunch hour.

Getting here couldn’t be easier. There’s plenty of parking space on site and the railway station’s around a 15-minute walk away. There are also cycle racks and shower facilities.

Living and working in Leamington Spa

Royal Leamington Spa in Warwickshire was a small village until the early 19th century, when it grew in popularity as a spa town. It was granted royal status by Queen Victoria in 1838. The town centre is still home to many Georgian buildings, including the old Pump Rooms, which are now the town’s art gallery and museum.

You’ll find a variety of shops, from independent boutiques to high street names, as well as theatres, cinemas and live music in many of the town’s pubs and clubs. And the parks running along the River Leam provide green space right in the heart of the town. Surrounded by the Warwickshire countryside and with Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon, Coventry and Birmingham a short drive away, you’ll find there’s plenty to discover.
