Our 250,000 square foot warehouse and distribution centre at Melmerby near Ripon is in a rural location next to the A1. Home to around 140 staff, it’s a busy operation. The on-site canteen offers a varied menu, and there are microwaves and fridges for your own food. You can also get snacks and drinks from vending machines. There’s plenty of on-site parking, as well as bike racks and showers if you want to cycle to work.

Melmerby is close to Ripon, a small city at the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. From the 7th century cathedral and ancient market square to the medieval streets full of award-winning shops, cafés and restaurants, you’ll find it’s full of history. There’s even a World Heritage site down the road, at Fountains Abbey.
At Ripon racecourse, you’ll find a variety of events throughout the year as well as race meetings. And, with many canal-side walks and walking and cycling routes, there’s plenty to keep you occupied. There are also excellent transport links, with the A1(M) close by.
